We use your data to provide and maintain the DZDesk platform, authenticate your identity, deliver customer support, send service-related communications, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in European data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, and comprehensive audit logging. Our platform is designed to meet ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 requirements.
5. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
DZDesk operates as a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation between organizations. Each tenant's data is logically separated and cannot be accessed by other tenants. Row-level security policies enforce this isolation at the database level.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for authentication purposes. AI features are powered by Azure AI services. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we only share the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
8. Your Rights
