Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DZDesk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using DZDesk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
DZDesk is a cloud-based IT Service Management (ITSM) platform provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The service includes ticket management, asset management, knowledge base, reporting, and AI-powered automation features.
3. Account Registration
You must authenticate using a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account to use DZDesk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
DZDesk offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Pricing details are available on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you store in DZDesk. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data, not using the service for illegal purposes, not uploading malicious content, and not attempting to reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the DZDesk platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Current service status is available at status.dzdesk.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
DZDesk is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DZDesk Yazılım Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or the platform. Continued use of DZDesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
